What is Higher or Lower?

Higher or Lower is Kokomo's competitive card prediction game. Guess whether the next card is higher or lower than the current one, build streaks, and compete for real USDC prizes.

How to Play

Setup 1. Open Kokomo Games 2. Select "Higher or Lower" 3. Choose your tournament (4-hour, daily, or weekly)

Gameplay - You see one face-up card and one face-down card - Predict if the hidden card is Higher or Lower - Correct guess = streak continues, hidden card becomes visible - Wrong guess = lose one life

Lives System - Start with 3 lives - Game ends when all lives are lost - Your score = longest streak achieved

Tournament Scoring

Your highest streak during the tournament period determines your leaderboard position. One perfect run beats many short attempts.

Strategy Guide

1. Know the Odds

• Cards 2-3: Always call Higher
• Cards 4-5: Usually call Higher
• Cards 6-7-8: True 50/50 - be careful
• Cards 9-10: Usually call Lower
• Cards J-Q-K-A: Always call Lower

2. Middle Cards Are Dangerous

Cards 6-8 are coin flips. Your streak often dies here. Accept the variance.

3. Protect Your Lives Early

Don't gamble on 50/50 calls when you have all 3 lives. Play conservatively until you've built a streak worth protecting.

4. Card Counting Lite

In longer games, remember which high/low cards have appeared. Adjust your probability estimates.

5. Know When to Lock In

Once you have a solid streak, consider whether a risky call is worth potentially losing it all.

Prize Structure

All entry fees combine into the prize pool. Players with the longest streaks win portions of the pot. More participants = bigger prizes.
